Giovanni O. Campbell Attorney At Law, P.C. is a practice that focuses on criminal defense litigation in federal courts and various parts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a strong component of civil rights litigation. For 17 years I have represented people accused of committing various offenses.
I have handled well over twelve hundred cases to completion, hundreds of "bench" trials and nearly 50 jury trials. In recent years, the focus of my criminal defense practice has shifted to cases in federal court. We also handle matters ancillary to criminal law, such as criminal forfeitures (petitions for the return of property), record expungment, and restoration of firearms carry permits.
A substantial part of my practice is devoted to civil rights litigation in federal and administrative courts. Much of this work involves representation of parents on behalf of children with learning disabilities to ensure that students receive a Constitutionally guaranteed "Free and Appropriate Public Education".
